New Photography Workshop, TTV, Through the Viewfinder

I'm teaching a work shop of TTV, Through the Viewfinder photography.

Saturday November 6, 2010 | 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Create “Old Looking” Photographs using your digital camera along with old twin lens reflex cameras. In this 4 hour workshop, we will create old looking photographs complete with dust, scratches and rounded edges. We will first build a contraption that will act as a tunnel between the old twin lens reflex camera and your digital camera. Second, we will explore the beauty of Great Barrington with our cameras. Finally, we will learn the Photoshop post processing involved to make our images into a work of art. No experience is necessary, but students must have an understanding of their own digital camera. Students will need either a point and shoot digital camera, as long as it has a macro setting on it (the little flower symbol) or a digital single lens reflex camera (a digital camera that you can take the lens off) Open to teens and adults, please register early!
